What is needed for the application?

Students may enroll to the postgraduate doctoral study and postgraduate specialist study if they have:

  • completed appropriate university study in four years in the field of social sciences: economics and law
  • completed university studies that do not come within the scope of Social Sciences (field of economics and law) with the obligation of taking the differential exams
  • completed graduate studies in social sciences: economics and law
  • completed graduate studies which do not within the scope of Social Sciences (field of economics and law) with the obligation of taking the differential exams
  • completed appropriate training under the conditions provided by the regulations of the Faculty

Documents for application:

  • diploma of completed studies / certified copy of the diploma
  • grade transcript
  • recommendations of two university professors, if the average is less than 3.51
  • certificate of nationality or proof of nationality
  • birth certificate
  • two photographs (4 × 6 cm)
  • biography
  • contract for study costs (participants will receive when applying)

* Note:

When enrolling in studies, each PhD student writing declares whether to study full time or part time. Study full time refers to doctoral students who devote full time fulfilling the obligations required by doctoral studies. The doctoral student who is studying part time must be accompanied by a statement that his available working hours to meet students’ obligations under the plan of study.

Doctoral full-time job typically lasts for three years, and for justified reasons, decided by the Council of doctoral studies, may, with justification, extend to five years.

The part-time up to five years, and for justified reasons, decided by the Council of doctoral studies, may, with justification, extend to seven years. After the expiry of eight years of enrollment, the doctoral student loses the right to defend their doctoral dissertation.
